Sound familiar?

Your current website looks fine.
And it still can't be cited by ChatGPT.

If two or more of these hit, your website is the candidate. These are frustrations we hear from business owners and marketing leaders in their first call with us — representative quotes from intake conversations across the seven verticals Allegiant serves.

"Our website was built in 2018. Visually it's fine. Structurally it's a disaster. There's no schema, no proper sitemap, no LocalBusiness markup. ChatGPT cites our competitors by name when buyers ask about our category. We're not in the answer at all."

— Marketing Director · home services partner · pre-engagement

"My current website was built by a designer-led agency. It won design awards. It cannot be cited by AI engines because nothing on it is structured the way AI engines consume content. The design awards mean nothing if no buyer can find us."

— President · mid-market services firm · pre-engagement

"We have three business units. Our website treats them like a single business because that's what our previous web agency could build. We're losing buyer intent at the divisional level because the AI engines can't tell the units apart from our website structure alone."

— CMO · multi-business-unit B2B company · pre-engagement

"We're a franchisor with 80 units. Our existing website architecture treats every unit page as a clone with the city name changed. Google has been treating our unit pages as duplicate content for two years and no agency has been able to fix it inside the current build."

— Franchisor President · pre-engagement

"Every buyer who walks in now tells me they asked ChatGPT about our category before they contacted us. ChatGPT names our competitors. It does not name us. I have no idea what's wrong with our website that's causing that, only that something is."

— VP Marketing · B2B services company · pre-engagement

"I want a website that was built for the next 5 years, not the last 5. Schema-first. AI-engine-citable. Mobile-first. Performance-tuned. Built right once instead of patched and re-patched."

— CEO · PE-owned platform · pre-engagement

A website built in 2018 was built for Google.
Web WIZARDD is built for what comes after Google. From line one.
What every Web WIZARDD build includes

Twelve foundational features.
Every build, regardless of scope. No upsell tier required.

Every Web WIZARDD build, regardless of scope, includes the twelve foundational features below. There is no "AI-ready upgrade" tier — schema, OMNIVIZ™ architecture, Core Web Vitals tuning, and AI-citation-readiness are baseline, not upsell. Scope-based investment scales with content volume, integration count, and multi-location/multi-business-unit complexity, not by adding features.

Our approach

We don't lead with the design.
We lead with the architecture.

Every Web WIZARDD build follows the same four-phase process. The phases run in sequence because each one produces the foundation for the next: discovery before architecture, architecture before build, build before launch. We do not shortcut the sequence and we do not promise faster timelines than the work actually requires. Rushed web builds produce technical debt that costs more to fix than the time saved.

01 / DISCOVERY — WEEKS 1–2

Map the business. Audit the existing site. Identify the gaps.

Discovery is two weeks of work that determines the next ten. We map the business: target buyers, decision pathways, competitive set, regulatory environment, multi-location or multi-business-unit structure. We audit the existing site (which is also the technical audit that informs the A.R.C. Report's Section 2). We identify the schema gaps, the content-architecture gaps, the AI-citation gaps, and the conversion-architecture gaps. The Discovery output is the foundation document the Architecture phase builds against — not a "discovery deck" to make a sale.

02 / ARCHITECTURE — WEEKS 3–5

Schema first. Information architecture second. Visual design third.

Architecture is where Web WIZARDD differs structurally from a conventional website redesign. We design the schema first — Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, Product, Person, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, and any vertical-specific schema types — based on what AI engines need to be able to cite the business. We then design the information architecture (site map, page templates, content blocks) to populate the schema correctly. The visual design comes third, layered on top of an AI-ready structural foundation rather than dictated by it. Platform decision (WordPress / Webflow / Next.js / Astro) is also made at this phase based on the partner's actual operational needs.

03 / BUILD — WEEKS 6–11

Where the work happens. No corner-cutting.

Build is six weeks of the actual development work: schema implementation against the Architecture phase plan, content population from the buyer-persona-aware copy developed in parallel, conversion architecture (CTAs, forms, phone tracking, attribution wiring), Core Web Vitals optimization, mobile-first responsive implementation, cross-browser QA, and accessibility validation. We do not rush this phase and we do not deploy partially-completed work to staging-as-demo to give the appearance of velocity. Real builds take real time; corner-cutting at this phase shows up as technical debt for the next three years.

04 / LAUNCH & 90-DAY TUNE — WEEKS 12–24

Launch is week 12. The build doesn't end there.

Launch happens in week 12 (give or take, depending on scope). The 90 days that follow are scoped into the build engagement: AVS Scorecard re-baselining (the new site has a new starting AVS score, and we measure it), Core Web Vitals validation in production traffic, schema validation against Google's Rich Results Test and the schema.org validator on every live page template, conversion-architecture validation, AI-engine citation monitoring across ChatGPT / Perplexity / Gemini / Claude / Copilot, and per-page optimization based on the actual data the live site produces. At week 24 the engagement transitions to ASCENT™ Performance Intelligence for ongoing measurement and optimization under one of the four Allegiant package tiers.

OMNIVIZ™ is engineered into every Web WIZARDD build

Five pillars. One framework.
Designed in at the Architecture phase. Not bolted on after launch.

Most agency websites retrofit AI visibility after launch — adding schema as a plugin, optimizing content as a follow-up project, generating citations as an ongoing program. Web WIZARDD is the only website-build product engineered with the five-pillar OMNIVIZ™ framework as foundation, not retrofit. EAB entity-authority schema is built into the page templates at the Architecture phase. ACA content architecture shapes the information architecture from the outline. MCN citation-network readiness is wired into the build so post-launch citation work has somewhere to land. TAR technical AI-readiness is baseline, not upsell. AVM AI visibility monitoring infrastructure is configured before launch so the AVS Scorecard re-baselines from day one. Four AI search disciplines underneath: AEO, GEO, AI SEO, and LLM SEO.

Most websites face an AI visibility problem because nothing in the build was designed for AI engines — AI engines cite the websites that are easiest to parse, with the clearest entity scaffolding, the cleanest schema structure, and the most direct-answer content — and most websites were built before any of those design constraints mattered. The stakes are not abstract. OMNIVIZ™ treats the website build as the foundation layer for every downstream AI visibility program, with discrete schema architecture, citation strategy, and visibility measurement for each.

EAB

Entity Authority Building

In a Web WIZARDD build, EAB is wired into the page templates at the Architecture phase. Organization schema on the parent. Per-location LocalBusiness for multi-location partners. Sub-organization markup for multi-business-unit operations. Person schema for founders, executives, and credentialed practitioners. Industry-association memberships and recognition citations are structured as data, not buried in body copy. By launch day, every page on the site can be parsed by an AI engine into the right entity hierarchy — which is the foundation every downstream citation, content, and reputation program builds on.

ACA

Answer-First Content Architecture

ACA in a Web WIZARDD build means content is structured for AI-engine consumption from the outline phase, not edited for it after launch. FAQ schema is designed into the page templates with the actual queries buyers in your vertical ask AI engines. Direct-answer paragraphs are placed where AI engines look for them — at the top of pages and immediately under headings, not buried at page-bottom. Comparison content is structured for procurement-stage queries. Pricing transparency is implemented where the buyer expects it. By the launch checklist, the content has been validated against the live AI-engine query corpus for your vertical.

MCN

Multi-Source Citation Network

MCN in a Web WIZARDD build is the citation-readiness layer that post-launch optimization programs land on. NAP integrity is established and locked across the build. GBP integration is configured with the right categories and service-area definitions for your vertical and footprint. Vertical-specific directory data (Houzz, ThomasNet, RealSelf, Avvo, Yelp, sector-specific equivalents) is structured for downstream sync. Trade-press and recognition citations are wired into Organization schema. The result: the citation-network work that happens after launch has somewhere to attach. Without MCN-readiness at build, that work runs into structural friction every time.

TAR

Technical AI Readiness

TAR is where Web WIZARDD differs most visibly from a conventional rebuild. Schema validation against the Google Rich Results Test and schema.org validator runs on every page template before launch — not as a post-launch optimization project. Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) are tuned in production before launch, not as ongoing remediation. AI-crawler accessibility (robots.txt, sitemap.xml, header configuration) is set up to surface the right content to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Copilot. Canonical hygiene is established at build, not patched afterward. Multi-location and multi-business-unit canonicalization is part of the Architecture phase, not a plugin afterthought.

AVM

AI Visibility Monitoring

AVM in a Web WIZARDD build means the AI visibility monitoring infrastructure is configured before launch so the new site's AVS Scorecard starts measuring from day one — not three months after launch. Per-engine query corpus tuned to the vertical is set up. Per-pillar tracking is wired into ASCENT™ for ongoing measurement. The pre-launch AVS Scorecard from the A.R.C. Report is the baseline; the launch-day re-baseline establishes the new starting point; the 90-day post-launch optimization tracks against both. Visibility isn't measured retroactively — it's measured against the build's design intent.

Web WIZARDD is the only productized website build engineered with OMNIVIZ™ AI visibility as foundation, not retrofit.

Most website builds treat AI visibility as a launch-week add-on or a post-launch optimization program. Web WIZARDD treats it as a foundational design constraint from the outline phase. The result: a website that is AI-ranking-ready at launch, not 90 days after launch.

Web WIZARDD is a new productized name for what Allegiant has built for partners for 25+ years: websites engineered for the actual buyer-decision pathway in regulated and competitive categories. The $45M+ cumulative attributed-revenue figure aggregates documented partner engagements across the seven verticals Allegiant serves — many of which involved Allegiant-built websites at some point in the partnership. Web WIZARDD as a named, productized build offer is new. The underlying discipline is not.

A home services partner, a franchisor system, a PE portfolio company, a mid-market president, a medical practice, a law firm, and a manufacturer all need different things from a website at the visual and copy level — but all need the same OMNIVIZ™ five-pillar foundation underneath. Web WIZARDD ships that foundation as baseline in every build, regardless of vertical. The visual design, content tone, and conversion architecture flex per vertical. The schema, CWV, AI-readiness, and AVS-monitoring layer does not flex — it is the structural foundation.

Web WIZARDD builds take 10–14 weeks for a reason. Discovery is two weeks because mapping the business honestly takes two weeks. Architecture is two to three weeks because schema design, information architecture, and platform decision require unrushed thinking. Build is six weeks because schema implementation, content development, conversion wiring, and CWV tuning cannot be parallelized down to two weeks without producing technical debt. Launch + 90-day tune is twelve weeks because validating the new site against the live AI-engine query corpus takes that long to produce data the team can act on. We do not market a "rush tier." Web builds that are rushed produce technical debt that costs more to fix than the time saved.

Allegiant's CEO & President, Chad Markham, designed Web WIZARDD over 25+ years of building digital marketing programs across all seven verticals Allegiant serves. The Web WIZARDD methodology was iteratively refined across multiple partner builds before reaching its current form. The OMNIVIZ™ AI visibility framework that underpins it is proprietary to Allegiant. Allegiant has self-funded its growth since founding and operates partner-first across home services, franchisor, PE, mid-market, medical, legal, and manufacturing practice portfolios.

Disclosure: Web WIZARDD scope and outcomes vary by vertical, business size, content volume, integration count, multi-location/multi-business-unit complexity, and competitive density. The $45M+ cumulative portfolio figure aggregates documented partner engagements across the seven verticals Allegiant serves over 25+ years; not every engagement involved an Allegiant-built website, and the figure should not be read as Web-WIZARDD-attributable. Web WIZARDD as a named, productized build offer is recent; the underlying website-build discipline is 25+ years old. Specific partner names are protected by partnership terms.

What is Web WIZARDD?

Web WIZARDD is Allegiant's productized website build. The name is a backronym: Website Intelligence · Zero-to-launch · AI-Powered · Ranking-Ready · Design & Development. The product is a custom website built with five-pillar OMNIVIZ™ AI visibility architecture as the foundation rather than retrofitted after launch. Schema-first. Mobile-first. Core-Web-Vitals-tuned. Structured for the AI engines buyers actually consult (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot).

How is this different from a normal website redesign?

Most agency websites are designed visually first and have SEO retrofitted at the end of the project. The retrofit produces website that look fine but cannot be cited by AI engines because the schema, content architecture, and trust-signal scaffolding were never designed for that purpose. Web WIZARDD inverts the order: schema design comes first (during architecture, not after launch), content is structured around AI-engine query patterns from the outline phase, and the visual design is built on top of an AI-ready information architecture rather than the other way around.

Who is Web WIZARDD for?

Mid-market and growth-stage businesses across the seven verticals Allegiant serves whose existing website (a) was built more than 3 years ago, (b) cannot be cited by AI engines, (c) does not reflect the business at the level required to compete in their market, or (d) is a content management system that has been patched and extended past its useful life. Single-location businesses, multi-location businesses, multi-business-unit companies, franchisor systems, and PE platforms are all in scope.

How much does Web WIZARDD cost?

One-time investment is scoped to the rebuild. Single-business builds in lower-density markets are the lightest scope. Multi-location, multi-business-unit, and franchisor-system builds with custom integrations and full OMNIVIZ™ schema architecture are the largest scope. The build includes discovery, information architecture, schema design, content development, build, QA, launch, and 90-day post-launch optimization. Your A.R.C. Report Section 11 includes a Web WIZARDD-specific projection if a rebuild is the right recommendation for your business.

How long does a Web WIZARDD build take?

Typical timeline is 10–14 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope. Single-business builds at the lower end of the range often complete in 8–10 weeks; multi-business-unit builds with custom integrations typically run 12–16 weeks. The phases are: Discovery (2 weeks), Architecture (2–3 weeks), Build (4–6 weeks), QA & Launch (1–2 weeks), 90-day post-launch optimization handoff to ASCENT™. We do not promise faster timelines than the work actually requires. Web builds that are rushed produce technical debt that costs more to fix than the time saved.

Does Web WIZARDD include ongoing maintenance?

The Web WIZARDD build itself is a one-time engagement that includes 90-day post-launch optimization. Ongoing maintenance, hosting, content updates, and continued AI visibility optimization happen under one of Allegiant's four package tiers (Foundation, Accelerator, Dominator, Omni-Presence) after launch. Some partners contract for both the build and ongoing engagement together; others use only the build. Both are supported.

Can you rebuild a site without replacing our existing CMS / hosting / domain?

In most cases, yes. Web WIZARDD is platform-flexible: we build on WordPress when the partner needs an editorial CMS, on Webflow when the partner needs designer-friendly maintenance, on headless architectures (Next.js, Astro) when the partner needs performance-critical builds with API-driven content, or on the partner's existing platform when migration would create more risk than it solves. The platform decision is part of the Architecture phase, made based on the partner's actual operational needs, not based on what we prefer to maintain.

Does Web WIZARDD work for multi-location or franchisor systems?

Yes — and the multi-location/franchisor architecture is one of the higher-value applications of Web WIZARDD. Multi-location businesses have specific schema architecture needs (LocalBusiness for each location, Organization for the parent, proper geographic and service-area markup). Franchisor systems have additional architecture needs (parent system, unit-level pages, brand consistency across units). Both are scoped at the Architecture phase and built into the foundation rather than added as a plugin afterward.

How does Web WIZARDD integrate with the A.R.C. Report and ASCENT?

All three are part of the same Allegiant product family. The A.R.C. Report identifies whether a Web WIZARDD rebuild is the right recommendation for your business (most partners do not need a rebuild; some do). If a rebuild is recommended, Web WIZARDD executes it. After launch, ASCENT™ — Allegiant's Performance Intelligence platform — tracks the resulting AI visibility, traffic, lead, and revenue performance against the AVS Scorecard baseline from your A.R.C. Report. The handoff from build to ongoing operations is part of the 90-day post-launch phase.

How do I find out if Web WIZARDD is the right move for my business?

Request your A.R.C. Report. The 13-section custom audit identifies whether your existing website can be cited by AI engines today, what the gaps are, and whether targeted optimization within your existing site or a full rebuild via Web WIZARDD is the right recommendation. Most A.R.C. Reports do NOT recommend a rebuild — most businesses get further faster with content, schema, and reputation work on their existing site. Some do recommend it. Either way, the audit tells you the truth.
