ASCENT.
Performance Intelligence
for Allegiant partners.
ASCENT is Allegiant's Performance Intelligence platform — the dashboard partners use to see every channel, every AI engine, every attribution path, and every operational KPI in one consolidated interface. Six pillars built around the actual questions partner leadership asks: Analytics · Strategy · Clarity · Execution · Navigation · Transformation. Continuous OMNIVIZ™ AI visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot. Included with every Allegiant partnership at no additional cost.
You have six dashboards.
And you still can't tell your CFO what's working.
ASCENT was built to answer the questions partner leadership actually asks — not the questions a generic BI tool can produce reports for. These are the frustrations we hear from CMOs, Presidents, and operations leaders in their first conversation with us — representative quotes from intake conversations across the seven verticals Allegiant serves.
"I have Google Analytics open in one tab, Looker open in another, the paid-media platform in a third, GBP in a fourth, and a spreadsheet trying to reconcile all of it. I still can't tell my CFO with certainty what worked this month. I just have four versions of partial answers."
— CMO · mid-market services company · pre-engagement
"My agency sends me a monthly report. It's 47 slides. None of them are the slide I need for my board prep. By the time I rebuild what I need from their data, the quarterly review has already happened."
— President · PE-owned platform company · pre-engagement
"I want to know what ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude actually say about our category this month versus last month. No dashboard I've seen tracks that. I have no AI visibility baseline and no trend line."
— VP Marketing · B2B manufacturer · pre-engagement
"We have eight portfolio companies. I want one consolidated view that lets me see all eight at the parent level and drill into any one for detail. Right now I have eight different agencies sending me eight different report formats and the rollup happens in my head, badly."
— Managing Partner · private equity firm · pre-engagement
"My current agency dashboard has 200 KPIs and no story. I don't need 200 KPIs. I need to know whether the strategy I approved last quarter is working, what shipped this month, what's on track, what's late, and what's changed."
— President · multi-location franchisor system · pre-engagement
"I want a dashboard that shows me the trajectory, not just this month's number. A 12-month trend. A 24-month trend. Where we were before our agency engagement and where we are now. Nobody builds that. Everyone builds month-over-month."
— CEO · multi-business-unit B2B company · pre-engagement
It needs the six views that map to the six decisions you actually make. ASCENT delivers those.
Twelve panels.
Six pillars.
One dashboard.
Every ASCENT instance includes twelve panels organized under the six ASCENT pillars. Each pillar maps to a specific question partner leadership asks; each panel answers a specific part of that question. The panels populate progressively during onboarding — Strategy and Clarity within days, Analytics and Execution within two to three weeks, Navigation and Transformation at the 60–90 day mark once measurement runway exists.
We don't ship a generic dashboard.
We ship the dashboard you actually use.
Every Allegiant partner gets ASCENT. The dashboard is identical in structure across all seven verticals we serve, but the panels populate with the data, KPIs, and competitive context relevant to your specific program. Below: the four phases of the ASCENT partner experience, from onboarding through quarterly board prep.
Provisioning. Integrations. Strategy and Clarity populate first.
Onboarding provisions ASCENT credentials, role-based access, and integration to your existing analytics, paid-media platforms, GBP, CRM, and reporting stack. The Strategy pillar populates first — your approved 30/60/90-day plan from the A.R.C. Report goes in immediately. The Clarity pillar populates within days as the high-level KPI structure activates. The Analytics and Execution pillars populate over the first two to three weeks as data integrations complete. By week 3, the dashboard is operationally complete for daily use.
Where your team lives. Different pillar for different roles.
Different ASCENT pillars serve different roles. Presidents and CMOs typically live in Clarity for daily check-ins. Operations and program managers live in Execution for work-in-flight transparency. Strategy and budget leaders use Strategy for plan-vs-actual. Data and analyst roles use Analytics for the underlying signal. The point is that nobody has to filter a 47-slide deck to find the view they need — the right view is one click away from login, configured to their role at provisioning.
Navigation pillar. Trend lines and channel performance vs plan.
The monthly rhythm centers on the Navigation pillar — 12-month trend lines, channel-level historical comparison, AVS Scorecard month-over-month delta, competitive share-of-voice movement, and the variance flags from the Strategy pillar's plan-vs-actual tracking. Most partners conduct their monthly business reviews directly from ASCENT, with the Allegiant team joining as discussion participants rather than report-presenters. The Navigation pillar's exports are also the input to most partner internal monthly executive briefings.
Transformation pillar. 24-month trajectory. Board-grade export.
The Transformation pillar is the quarterly board-prep view: 24-month longitudinal trajectory, pre-engagement baseline vs current state across all critical KPIs, AVS Scorecard trajectory across all five AI engines, and multi-location / multi-business-unit / PE-portfolio roll-up where applicable. The Clarity pillar produces the board-grade PDF or PowerPoint export. PE-platform partners typically use ASCENT directly in investment-committee reviews because the per-portfolio-company drill-down is built into the dashboard, not assembled from eight separate agency decks.
Five OMNIVIZ™ pillars.
Tracked continuously inside the Analytics pillar of ASCENT.
OMNIVIZ™ — Allegiant's proprietary AI visibility framework — is the methodology behind the AVS Scorecard. The framework establishes the baseline in the A.R.C. Report and is engineered into the foundation in Web WIZARDD builds. ASCENT is where it gets continuously measured. Each of the five pillars (EAB, ACA, MCN, TAR, AVM) is tracked at the pillar level, the AI-engine level (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot), and the per-query level over time — visible in the Analytics pillar of ASCENT and trended in the Navigation and Transformation pillars. Four AI search disciplines underneath: AEO, GEO, AI SEO, and LLM SEO.
AI visibility is the only thing in the marketing stack that is moving daily and that nobody is measuring — AI engines re-rank, re-index, and re-cite on a rolling basis — and most partners have no baseline, no trend line, and no comparative context against their competitive set. The stakes are not abstract. ASCENT runs the OMNIVIZ™ measurement continuously, with discrete schema architecture, citation strategy, and visibility measurement for each.
Entity Authority Building
ASCENT tracks the EAB pillar continuously across all five AI engines. Organization schema completeness. Sub-entity hierarchy integrity. LocalBusiness markup status. Person schema for credentialed leadership. Industry-association memberships surfacing. Recognition citation tracking. The Analytics pillar shows current EAB scores per engine; the Navigation pillar shows 12-month trend; the Transformation pillar shows pre-engagement baseline vs current trajectory. Multi-location and multi-business-unit partners see roll-up plus drill-down.
Answer-First Content Architecture
ASCENT tracks ACA pillar performance by measuring how well your content corpus is being consumed by AI engines against actual buyer-persona query patterns. FAQ schema coverage delta. Direct-answer paragraph placement effectiveness. Comparison-content depth scoring. Buyer-persona query coverage. The Analytics pillar shows current ACA scores; the Navigation pillar shows monthly trend; the Strategy pillar links ACA performance to the approved content plan so plan-vs-actual variance is visible.
Multi-Source Citation Network
ASCENT tracks the MCN pillar — your citation network outside your own website — continuously. GBP completeness and category accuracy. NAP integrity across the network (any drift triggers a flag). Vertical-specific directory presence and accuracy (Houzz, ThomasNet, RealSelf, Avvo, Yelp, sector-specific equivalents). Trade-press and recognition citation tracking. LinkedIn Company alignment. The Analytics pillar shows the current state; the Navigation pillar shows movement; the Execution pillar shows what's in-flight from the Allegiant operations side.
Technical AI Readiness
ASCENT tracks the TAR pillar — your website's technical AI-readiness foundation — continuously. Schema validation status across page templates. Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) field data and synthetic monitoring. AI-crawler accessibility status (robots configuration, sitemap freshness, header integrity). Canonical hygiene. The Analytics pillar shows current technical scores; the Execution pillar surfaces any drift that triggers remediation work in the Allegiant operations queue.
AI Visibility Monitoring
AVM is the AI Visibility Monitoring pillar itself — and inside ASCENT, it is where the real continuous-measurement work happens. We simulate the live AI-engine query corpus tuned to your vertical, your market, and your competitive set, run those queries against ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot at a defined cadence, and score per-engine citation rate, position, accuracy, and competitive share-of-voice. The Analytics pillar shows current results. The Navigation pillar shows trajectory. The Transformation pillar shows pre-engagement baseline vs current state.
ASCENT is the only marketing dashboard built around continuous OMNIVIZ™ AI visibility measurement at the partner level.
Most agency dashboards report on web traffic, paid spend, and last-touch attribution — none of which tell partner leadership whether AI engines are citing them, what is changing month-over-month, or how they compare to their competitive set. ASCENT was built for the question partner leadership actually asks now: is the AI visibility trajectory improving, and what is driving it?

use ASCENT every working day.
ASCENT partner usage is governed by partnership confidentiality terms — we don't publish per-partner dashboard analytics. What we can show: the structural characteristics of the platform, the 25-year Allegiant operating discipline behind it, and the explicit migration from the legacy Business SMARTS dashboard.
ASCENT is the Performance Intelligence platform every Allegiant partner uses, across all seven verticals (home services, franchisor, PE, mid-market, medical, legal, manufacturing) and all four package tiers (Foundation, Accelerator, Dominator, Omni-Presence). The platform is included at no additional cost; it is not licensed or sold separately. ASCENT replaces the legacy Business SMARTS dashboard that Allegiant operated previously — Business SMARTS is retired, and partners who used it have been migrated to ASCENT automatically.
ASCENT is a deliberate replacement for the legacy Allegiant Business SMARTS dashboard. SMARTS reached the end of its useful life as the AI-visibility measurement requirements grew beyond its original architecture. ASCENT is built around continuous OMNIVIZ™ AI visibility measurement, the six-pillar partner-leadership lens, and the multi-location / multi-business-unit roll-up that the next 5 years of Allegiant partner reporting requires. Business SMARTS is retired; URLs are redirected; SMARTS users are migrated.
ASCENT is built to be used daily, not weekly. Both partner-side users and the Allegiant operations team work from the same dashboard — partner leadership in the Clarity pillar, operations leaders in the Execution pillar, the Allegiant strategy team in the Strategy and Analytics pillars. Monthly business reviews are conducted directly in ASCENT, with Allegiant joining as discussion participants rather than report-presenters. Quarterly board prep produces from the Transformation pillar's board-grade exports.
Allegiant's CEO & President, Chad Markham, designed the ASCENT architecture and the six-pillar partner-leadership lens over 25+ years of Allegiant partner reporting work. ASCENT 2026 is the current version; it replaces Business SMARTS and is the platform Allegiant will operate on for the next reporting cycle. Allegiant has self-funded its growth since founding and operates partner-first across home services, franchisor, PE, mid-market, medical, legal, and manufacturing practice portfolios.
Disclosure: ASCENT is included with active Allegiant partnership packages and is not sold or licensed separately. Access ends when the partnership ends. Specific per-partner dashboard analytics, KPI values, and trend data are governed by partnership confidentiality terms. ASCENT replaces Business SMARTS; URLs to legacy /business-smarts-platform/ pages 301-redirect to /ascent/. The locked product descriptor for ASCENT is “Performance Intelligence,” mirroring the role “Audit · Recommendation · Cost” plays for the A.R.C. Report.

No tier required. No upsell.
ASCENT is included with every Allegiant partnership package at no additional cost. There is no ASCENT-specific license fee, no per-seat pricing, no upgrade tier required to access the six pillars or twelve panels. The features are identical across Foundation, Accelerator, Dominator, and Omni-Presence — what varies between tiers is the marketing program ASCENT is measuring, not the platform itself. Multi-location and multi-business-unit roll-up is built into the platform architecture and available at every tier.

The Allegiant partnership package pricing (Foundation, Accelerator, Dominator, Omni-Presence) follows zone-based pricing — Zone 3 (1.0×), Zone 2 (1.25×), Zone 1 (1.6×) — but ASCENT itself is not zone-priced. Every partnership gets the same ASCENT regardless of zone, regardless of tier, regardless of business size. The zones apply to the marketing program being measured, not to the measurement platform.
What partner leadership wants to know
about the platform they'll live in every day.
These are the questions partner leadership asks about ASCENT during onboarding and in the first weeks of engagement. Answered honestly. If you don't see your question here, request your A.R.C. Report and we'll cover the ASCENT operational details during onboarding.
What is ASCENT?
ASCENT is Allegiant's Performance Intelligence platform. It's the dashboard our partners use to see every channel, every AI engine, every attribution path, and every operational KPI in one consolidated interface. The acronym stands for Analytics · Strategy · Clarity · Execution · Navigation · Transformation — six pillars that map to the actual questions partner leadership asks about their marketing program.
How is ASCENT different from Google Analytics, Looker, or our existing BI tool?
Google Analytics tracks web sessions. Looker and other BI tools track whatever you tell them to track. Neither was built for what marketing partners actually need to know: are AI engines citing us, what is our share-of-voice against competitors in our vertical, what is our AVS Scorecard trend, what did we ship this month vs what we planned, and what changed at the board-summary level. ASCENT is built around those questions. It integrates the underlying signals from Google Analytics, paid-media platforms, GBP, AI-engine query corpora, and Allegiant's internal program operations — and renders them as the six pillars partner leadership actually uses.
Is ASCENT replacing the old Business SMARTS dashboard?
Yes. ASCENT replaces Business SMARTS as Allegiant's Performance Intelligence platform. Business SMARTS is being retired. Partners who used SMARTS will be migrated to ASCENT automatically; URLs to legacy SMARTS pages (/business-smarts-platform/) will 301 redirect to the corresponding ASCENT location. The descriptor "Performance Intelligence" is locked — it plays the same role for ASCENT that "Audit · Recommendation · Cost" plays for the A.R.C. Report.
Do I pay extra for ASCENT?
No. ASCENT is included at no additional cost with every Allegiant partnership package (Foundation, Accelerator, Dominator, and Omni-Presence). It is not sold separately, not licensed independently, and not available without an active Allegiant engagement. Access continues for as long as the partnership is active.
Does ASCENT track AI visibility?
Yes — and this is one of the things that meaningfully differentiates it from generic marketing dashboards. ASCENT runs continuous AI visibility tracking against your AVS Scorecard baseline (established in your A.R.C. Report or at engagement onboarding) across the five major AI engines: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot. The OMNIVIZ™ five-pillar framework (EAB, ACA, MCN, TAR, AVM) is tracked at the pillar level, the engine level, and the per-query level over time. The historical trend is visible in the Navigation pillar; the trajectory is visible in the Transformation pillar.
Who in my company uses ASCENT?
Different pillars are used by different roles. Presidents and CMOs typically live in the Clarity pillar (executive summary view) for daily check-ins and the Transformation pillar (longitudinal trajectory) for quarterly board prep. Operations leaders and marketing managers typically live in the Execution pillar (work-in-flight transparency). Strategy and budget leaders use the Strategy pillar (plan vs actual). Data and analyst roles work in the Analytics pillar (the underlying data). The Navigation pillar (historical comparison) is used by everyone.
Does ASCENT roll up reporting for multi-location or multi-business-unit partners?
Yes. Multi-location partners can view performance at the parent-organization level and drill into per-location detail. Multi-business-unit partners (PE platforms, franchisor systems, multi-brand operators) can view at the parent level, business-unit level, and per-location level within each unit. Roll-up is built into the dashboard architecture, not bolted on as an export feature.
Can I export ASCENT data for board reports or PE-platform reporting?
Yes. The Clarity pillar produces board-grade summary exports in PDF and PowerPoint formats. The Analytics pillar produces full data exports in CSV format. PE-platform partners typically use the board-grade Clarity export at the quarterly cadence and the per-portfolio-company Transformation export at the trajectory-reporting cadence.
How does ASCENT integrate with the A.R.C. Report and Web WIZARDD?
All three are part of the same Allegiant product family. The A.R.C. Report establishes the diagnostic baseline (including the AVS Scorecard starting point) before engagement begins. Web WIZARDD is the website-build product that runs at the start of an engagement if a rebuild is the right recommendation. ASCENT is the ongoing Performance Intelligence platform that runs continuously throughout the partnership — tracking against the A.R.C. baseline, re-baselined after a Web WIZARDD launch, and continuously measured against the OMNIVIZ™ framework as the engagement evolves.
How do I get access to ASCENT?
ASCENT access is provisioned automatically at partnership kickoff. New partners receive credentials, an onboarding walkthrough, and role-based access setup within the first week of engagement. The Strategy and Clarity pillars typically populate first (within days); the Analytics and Execution pillars populate as data integrations complete (typically within the first two to three weeks); the Navigation and Transformation pillars require a measurement runway and become meaningful at the 60–90 day mark.
Your dashboard should answer your actual questions.
ASCENT is the one that does.
ASCENT is included with every Allegiant partnership package, but it isn't the entry point. The entry point is the free A.R.C. Report — the 13-section custom audit that establishes your AVS Scorecard baseline, identifies what your marketing program actually needs, and produces the exact-dollar investment projection across all four package tiers. If you decide to engage after the report, ASCENT goes live the week of kickoff. Ten to fourteen business days. No commitment. No sales-call gate.
