Seven reviews, in full.
Nothing trimmed to flatter us.
Every review below is reproduced exactly as its author wrote it on our Google Business Profile, including the long ones, the typos and the parts that describe what went wrong before we arrived. You can read them at the source rather than taking our word for it.
They come from home services contractors, manufacturers, retail operators, automotive businesses, consulting firms and design agencies across several states — which is a more useful signal than any number we could put on this page. Several describe the AI-era audits and search work that led them to move from a previous agency.
A five-star average tells you almost nothing.
Every agency you are considering has good reviews, including the ones you should avoid. The useful information is not in the rating — it is in whether a review names a specific problem, and whether the problem sounds like yours.

"Great service, highly recommend" is not evidence of anything. It is pleasant and it could have been written about any competent supplier in any industry. A review that says what was broken, what the agency did, and what changed afterwards is doing real work — because you can check whether that situation resembles yours.
Read the ones that mention friction. Several reviews below describe a difficult transition from a previous agency, or an owner who had been let down before. Those are more informative than uncomplicated praise, because they tell you how a firm behaves when something is going wrong rather than when everything is easy.
Length is a signal in both directions. Roy Bordner's review below runs to several hundred words with its own section headings. Nobody writes that unless they mean it — and equally, a page where every review is the same tidy length was probably not written by different people.
Check whether they understand what changed. Search moved from matching words to assembling answers, and an agency whose reviews all predate that shift is being praised for work in a different environment. Look for recent reviews describing AI-era audits and visibility work, not just historical rankings.
Check the industries. An agency with a wall of reviews from one vertical knows that vertical. An agency with reviews from several has probably learned something transferable. Neither is better in the abstract, but one of them matches your situation and the other does not, and the rating tells you nothing about which.
Real reviews are uneven. That is the signal.
Genuine feedback arrives at irregular intervals, in wildly varying lengths, from people with different writing styles and different reasons for bothering. A page that looks tidier than that was curated, and possibly worse.

Patterns that suggest curation
- Every review the same length, which real people do not produce.
- All posted within a short window, suggesting a campaign rather than a history.
- No company names or first names only, so nothing can be checked.
- Testimonials that exist only on the agency's own site and nowhere verifiable.
- Nothing but adjectives — professional, amazing, incredible, and no specifics.
Patterns that suggest authenticity
- Wildly different lengths, because people are different.
- Named people at named companies you could look up and contact.
- Specific complaints about somebody else — a prior vendor, a transition.
- On a platform the agency cannot edit, with the profile linked.
- Typos and odd phrasing, because nobody proofread them into shape.
Seven partners, in their own words.
All seven are reproduced verbatim from our Google Business Profile, where more than sixty five-star reviews sit alongside them and where we cannot alter or remove a word. Go and read the rest.

- We hired Chad and his team for paid search and SEO in December, and the results have been outstanding. Since then, every key metric has improved—most importantly, our lead volume is up nearly 200% year over year, while our overall marketing spend is slightly down.
- The team is responsive, proactive, and clearly knows how to optimize campaigns for real business results—not just clicks. I've worked with several digital marketing firms over the years, and none have matched the level of expertise and consistency that Allegiant Digital delivers. Highly recommend.
Rachel Robison
- We have been pleased with our choice to hire Allegient, a year later. Their communication is 10/10..and Chad, the owner monitors his team well. He has set up expectations and holds his staff to those policies/procedures.
- One thing I appreciate about them especially is their intentionality in following up. Even if the ball is in my court, they follow up every 2-3 days to keep me accountable to the progress they need. If you're considering this company for your SEO needs, look no further.
Matt Neely
- My business had been using another digital marketing company for 16 years and Chad was our rep. Everything was stellar when he was our rep. When Chad left that company our experience with them started diminishing greatly.
- I reached out to Chad earlier this year when things totally fell apart in all respects with the other company. Leaving the other company wasn't easy as they made it extremely difficult for us to make a smooth transition to Allegiant Digital Marketing, but Chad did what he always did for us before as he smoothed it out and made it as painless as possible.
- He and his experts created a brand new updated website, created all new landing pages and worked to update our PPC and SEO and they did it FAST. Our online presence has increased and we have numbers we haven't seen since Chad was our rep with the other company.
- I can't say enough good things about Allegiant Digital Marketing, the people who work there and especially Chad who has created a great company with high expectations and great customer service.
Four more, also unedited
Different industries, different states, different lengths — including one that runs to several hundred words with its own headings, which we have kept whole.
John Sullivan — Anchor Floors
The team at Allegiant Digital Marketing has been a significant upgrade for my business from the last digital marketing agency we worked with. I run two flooring stores in Austin, and immediately when Chad and his team stepped in to help, we could feel the difference almost instantaneously. Our SEO rankings have improved substantially, and we are seeing increased store foot traffic as a result. Our phones are constantly ringing, and we get a lot of leads from our Google Ads campaign too.
They know my industry very well, so there was no learning curve or time I had to invest out of my busy schedule to teach them about my business and what I do. They even helped us regain ownership of our Facebook page and cleaned up a lot of issues on our website, too (which they took the time to inform and educate us about as well).
This is the ideal marketing agency for any business owner, especially when you have little time to do hand-holding. They are intelligent, easy to work with, communicative, transparent, thorough, and above all, they produce outstanding results. They don't exaggerate about why they call their clients partners; they genuinely make you feel like you and your business's success matter to them, and it shows. Thanks, Allegiant Digital Marketing!

Joshua Rosales — Enigma Advisory
My company is a small consulting firm that focuses on government clients. Our team began working with Allegiant a while now as they were recommended by another business owner I work with. The need we had was to build a professional competitive website, optimize it for search engines, and assist with content creation.
Our team understood very little about the services that were being requested, but Allegiant's team has been very detailed throughout the whole process. Whether it was helping us understand how our selected color patterns did not translate well visually on a website or understanding the analytical data that was being used for our SEO strategy. Allegiant brought our vision for a competitive digital footprint to life. I highly recommend Allegiant for your digital marketing needs.

The team over at Allegiant Digital is among the most meticulous, thorough, and caring workhorses I've ever had help me with our Digital Marketing needs. Allegiant Digital left no stone left unturned. Their attention to detail is, from my own experience, unparalleled and unmatched. Hire Allegiant Digital yesterday!!!

This page is the one we control completely.
Any agency can assemble a flattering page. The question worth asking is what exists in places the agency cannot edit — and that list is short, checkable, and where you should spend your time.
What is verifiable and what is not
Reviews on a platform the business does not control. Certifications issued by the organization that grants them. Accreditation from a body with its own standards. A partner willing to take your call. Work you can look at. Those are the five things worth checking, and none of them are on an agency's testimonial page.
Our reviews live on our Google Business Profile, not here. We reproduced seven of them because reading them in one place is convenient, but the profile is the record — we cannot delete a review there, and any that were unflattering would sit alongside these. More than sixty five-star reviews are on it as of the date in the byline above.
The credentials are issued rather than claimed. Our BBB accreditation, our Google Partner status and our Semrush certification are all held on those organizations' own systems. If any lapsed, the listing would say so and we could not prevent it.
And we would rather you called a partner than read this page. Ask for a reference in your industry and at your scale, then ask the questions in the section below — the ones that produce a useful answer rather than a polite one. Any agency that hesitates at that request has told you something.
- The review platform — where we cannot edit or remove
- The certification issuer — Google, Semrush, CallRail
- The accreditation body — BBB, with its own standards
- A partner you can call — ask us, we will arrange it
- Work you can look at — case studies and live sites
- This page — useful, and the least independent thing on the list

Several industries, several states.
The mix matters more than the count. Look for whether somebody like you is on the list.
We publish the typos and the long ones.
One review here spells our name wrong. Another runs to several hundred words with its own section headings. Both are reproduced exactly as written, because editing somebody's words to make our page tidier is the behavior we spend this page telling you to watch for. The uneven version is the honest one.
We built Allegiant as an AI-first agency rather than a traditional shop that added AI to a service list, and it shows up in what these partners describe: audits that found things nobody had looked at, campaigns judged on business results rather than clicks, and someone following up every few days whether or not the ball was in our court. That is the work, and it is what people write about when they write unprompted.
See what we actually do: AI SEO, paid search, website design, the full digital program and our case studies.
The useful answers come from the specific questions.
"Are you happy with them" produces a polite yes from almost anybody. These six produce information — and we will arrange the call if you ask.

| Ask this | Instead of | Why What it reveals |
|---|---|---|
| What went wrong first? | Are you happy with them | Something always does — how they handled it is the answer |
| How fast did they tell you? | Do they communicate well | Bad news travelling slowly is the reliable warning sign |
| Who actually does the work? | Do you like the team | Whether the people who pitched are the people delivering |
| What did they talk you out of? | What do they do for you | An agency that never declines anything is selling, not advising |
| What would you change? | Would you recommend them | The only question that reliably produces a criticism |
Ask every agency on your shortlist for a reference in your industry at your scale, then ask these. The comparison between the answers will tell you more than every testimonial page you read.
What we did and did not do.
Stated plainly, because a page about trustworthiness that is vague about its own construction is not worth much.
Nothing was solicited with an incentive. No discounts, no vouchers, no free work in exchange for a review. Every one of these was written by a partner who chose to write it.
Nothing was edited. Spelling, punctuation and phrasing are as the authors left them, including a misspelling of our own name and several informal constructions. Roy Bordner's review is reproduced in full rather than excerpted to a convenient length.
Nothing was reordered to flatter us. These are seven of the reviews on our profile. There are more, and you can read all of them at the source without our involvement.
No review schema on this page, deliberately. Google's structured data guidelines make pages ineligible for star rich results where the entity being reviewed controls the reviews about itself, and separately prohibit aggregating reviews from other sites into your own markup. Marking these up would breach both and could trigger a manual action, so we display them without markup — which Google explicitly permits.
The principle beneath all four: if we would flag it as a warning sign on somebody else's page, we do not do it on ours.
- Allegiant Digital Marketing — Google Business Profile reviews
- Better Business Bureau — accredited profile
- Google Partners — agency listing
- Semrush — certified agency listing
- FTC — Endorsement guides, questions and answers
- FTC — Advertising and marketing business guidance
- Google Search Central — Review snippet structured data guidelines
- Google — Business Profile review policy
About these reviews
Straight answers about how this page was assembled.
Are these reviews real?
Yes, and you can verify every one without our involvement. All seven come from our public Google Business Profile, where they sit alongside more than sixty five-star reviews and where we cannot edit or delete anything. Each names a real person at a real company you can look up. Federal rules specifically prohibit fake and undisclosed incentivized reviews, and the FTC's endorsement guides govern how testimonials may be used. Our position on evidence generally is set out on the AI SEO page.
Did you edit them?
No. Spelling, punctuation and phrasing are exactly as the authors wrote them — including a review that misspells our company name, which we kept because correcting it would mean editing somebody's words to suit ourselves. Roy Bordner's runs to several hundred words and is reproduced whole rather than trimmed to a convenient length. Selective editing of testimonials is a practice the FTC's guidance treats seriously, and it is one of the warning signs this page tells you to watch for. Same discipline as our positioning work.
Did you offer anything in exchange?
No — no discounts, vouchers, free work or any other benefit. Every review here was written by a partner who chose to write it. Incentivized reviews that do not clearly disclose the incentive are prohibited under federal rules and under Google's own review policy, and Google's structured data guidelines were updated in 2026 to address them explicitly. We do ask partners for reviews; we do not pay for them. The endorsement guides set out what disclosure would be required if we did. How we handle review generation for partners is on our reputation management page.
Why are there no star ratings on this page?
Because using review markup here would breach Google's guidelines. Google's review snippet documentation makes pages ineligible for star rich results when the entity being reviewed controls the reviews about itself, and separately prohibits aggregating reviews from other websites into your own structured data. These came from our Google profile, so marking them up would do both — earning zero stars and risking a manual action. Displaying them without markup is explicitly permitted. That is the kind of call our technical SEO work makes daily.
Can we speak to one of your partners?
Yes, and we would prefer it to you reading this page. Ask for a reference in your industry at roughly your scale and we will arrange it. Then ask what went wrong first, how quickly we told them, who actually does the work, and what we talked them out of — the questions that produce information rather than politeness. Some of our partners in medical, legal and private equity cannot be named publicly, which is why their reviews are not here. Start with the A.R.C. Report, or hold anything we claim against the FTC's advertising guidance.
Are the results described here typical?
They are those partners' results, not a forecast for yours. Outcomes depend on your market, your budget, your category and where you are starting from, and any agency presenting one partner's numbers as what you should expect is misleading you. We publish the reviews as written because they are honest accounts of real engagements — not because we are promising to reproduce them. The FTC's endorsement guides address exactly this distinction. What we will do is tell you plainly what is achievable in your situation, which is what the A.R.C. Report is for.
Do you have any negative reviews?
Our public profile is where that question gets answered honestly, because we cannot remove anything from it. Go and look — the profile shows everything, sorted however you choose, and we have no ability to hide a review we dislike. That is precisely why we point you there rather than asking you to trust a curated page. Google's review policy governs what can be removed and by whom, and it is not us. How we handle reviews for partners is on our reputation management page.
How should we compare agencies on reviews?
Ignore the average and read the specific ones. Look for reviews that name what was broken, what the agency did and what changed — those tell you whether the situation resembles yours. Watch for uniformity: every review the same length, all posted in one window, first names only, or testimonials that exist nowhere verifiable. Real feedback is uneven, differently written and occasionally awkward. Then call a reference. The FTC's guidance covers what agencies may claim, and our competitor analysis work applies the same scrutiny to markets.
Where else can we check you?
Four places we do not control. Our Google Business Profile for reviews. Our BBB accreditation, which carries its own standards and complaint history. Our Google Partner listing, held on Google's system and revocable by them. And our Semrush certification. If any lapsed, those listings would show it and we could not stop them. Beyond that, our case studies and the live sites we have built.
What do these reviews have in common?
Reading them together, three things recur that nobody was prompted to say: audits that surfaced problems previous agencies had not looked at, campaigns judged on business outcomes rather than clicks, and follow-up that continued even when the delay was on the partner's side. Several also describe a difficult exit from a prior agency, which is the part we would point at — how a firm behaves during a messy transition tells you more than how it behaves once everything is running. See what the work involves on all services, held to the standards in the FTC's guidance.
Ask us for a reference in your industry.
Reading a testimonial page is the least reliable way to evaluate an agency. Ask for a partner at roughly your scale, in roughly your situation, and put the questions above to them. We will arrange the call. Or start with the A.R.C. Report and judge the work rather than the reviews.
